Supplier Management
Supplier Masters has all the information about the supplier. Based on this master all the ledgers are maintained and purchase orders are awarded.Purchase Management
Based on the selection of quotation the purchase order is issued after approval to the selected supplier. Further, the quantity is tracked on and quality control is done.Customer Management
Like supplier, the customer data is also maintained with all the necessary information required for billing. EZERP also supports the automatic E-waybill process.Request for Quotation
Request for quotation is issued to the shortlisted supplier. Suppliers can log in to the system and forward the quotations based on the requirements.
EZERP
A Complete Business Solution!
The purchased material is received at Gate first and entered in the system from the gate itself. ERP starts tracking the items from Gate Entry itself. Entry done at gate informs the Warehouse about the arrived material for making the necessary arrangements.
Received material is then forwarded for QC process where quantity, quality and all specifications and parameters are checked. After the material is passed from QC it is received in a particular Warehouse. EZERP supports multiple warehouses based on the type of material the material received is entered into the ERP for proper placement physically as well.
EZERP handles the orders received from the customers and are arranged on a first come first serve basis. The orders are entered in a system with minimum entry as masters of customers have all the information. Billing is done on the basis of the price entered in the system which can further be changed by the users if required. Dispatch Slip is generated at the time of dispatch based on the information in the Sales Invoice. All this information is available to the accounts department for tracking the payment.
